5 Strong Healthy Hair Tips
Hey ya’ll! Today I am going to share my tips for getting and keeping strong beautiful and healthy hair with Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 Shampoo and Conditioner.

Do you have straw-like hair? Do you have a tendency to pick at things? Your hair can certainly suffer over the winter. Our hair feels like a bale of hay after being deprived of moisture by the dry, chilly air. The hay should stay in the barn, please! You can achieve strong, gorgeous hair by following these five simple, healthy hair recommendations if you’re looking for soft, silky hair.
- Haircut
Get a fantastic haircut first. Start with new ends after cutting the split ends off. You might need to chop off two to three inches of your hair if it’s quite long. A 1″ cut from the bottom of your hair will most likely work if you have shorter hair.

- Shampoo Daily
Most shampoos merely clean the hair’s surface; however, Pantene’s new shampoos replace the moisture that has been lost by penetrating the hair’s interior with nourishing lipids and antioxidants. Color-treated hair can also benefit from the gentleness of Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 Shampoo. Even though I worked out every day, I refused to wash my hair every day since I was always taught not to. I no longer fear washing my hair after every workout thanks to Pantene’s new shampoos.

- Condition Regularly
An pricey, ostentatious deep conditioner is not necessary. I apply Pantene Pro-V’s Ultimate 10 Conditioner all the way down my hair after washing it every day to help fortify it. I then apply a small amount of conditioner to the top of my head twice a week to achieve beautiful, silky hair. I use a claw clippy to clip my hair after putting it in a bun. I then cover my hair with one of those hotel shower covers. As I shave my legs, I let the conditioner steam under the lid for roughly five minutes.

- Detangling Your Hair
Please! Give up raking your hair the way you do your yard’s leaves. For wet hair, I use a brush made especially for it. Brush slowly and carefully. This will keep your hair from breaking in the middle. However, I can untangle my hair in the shower with Pantene’s new shampoo recipe before I even use conditioner—how awesome!

- Heat Styling
If I have time, I let my hair air dry 80% of the way after taking a shower. I use medium heat to dry my hair if I’m in a hurry to lessen the likelihood of breakage and split ends. My hair felt softer, smoother, and was easier to handle when I styled it. It also looked shiny.
