Happy Friday Ya’ll!

I wanted to get right in and tell you about Devon Maryn’s fantastic range of colorful and entertaining training apparel. As some of you are aware, I enjoy jogging, but I don’t always have the opportunity to run outside now that the heat is so intense. I recently began performing HIIT workouts with a trainer twice a week. These high-intensity interval exercises are intended to tone your body and burn calories quickly. Greetings from swimsuit season!

How cute does this tank’s back look? The top features a bra liner, which eliminates the need for an additional sports bra, and I adore the feminine bow accent. Let’s take a moment to discuss these cropped pants! These pants were designed for working out and were sent down from heaven. They have a larger waist, so you won’t be pulling them up every time you bend over, in addition to the adorable ombre blue design. Devon Maryn, thank you!

My most recent HIIT workout with my trainer is shown here. These workouts are quick and keep you moving, which is why I adore them. It simply takes 30 to 40 minutes of my day, and I never get bored. Do you have any experience with the TRX bands? Using those bands was the toughest thing I’ve ever done, therefore I’m positive the person who created them and the exercises is a machine!

Here is one of my latest workouts: I do 2-3 rounds of this workout

Hinge– 15lb kettle bell swing

Push– shoulder press with 10lb weights

Pull– 15lb kettle bell sumo high pull

Leg– holding a 20lb disc weight over your head white doing reverse lunges (20 at a time)

Core– TRX knee tuck

Plyo– Burpee
